Implement and Evaluate the Strategy
With your action plan in hand, you are ready to implement and evaluate your strategy. While implementing your plan, regularly meet with project team members and partners to review your plan, identify challenges, and coordinate resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of your efforts.
Evaluate the impact of your program by choosing an evaluation plan design, that will help you answer questions about the efficiency and effectiveness of your intervention.
